Our journal covers subjects like HPCSA advertising rules, POPIA obligations, professional conduct rules and platform commission. We write about them because they genuinely affect how a website should be built, and because almost nobody else in this market will.

None of it is legal, ethical, financial or medical advice. It is written for a general reader, it cannot account for your circumstances, and it may go out of date as rules change. Take proper advice from a professional before acting on anything you read here.

We are not your compliance officer

When we build a website for a practice, we build to the conservative side by default and we flag anything that looks risky. That is a design decision, not a compliance sign-off.

Your practice remains responsible for what appears on its website, including whether the content complies with the rules of your professional body, with POPIA and with any other law that applies to you. Where we raise a concern, the decision is yours to take with proper advice.

Published prices may change. A written quotation is what binds us, and it is valid for 30 days.

Where we cite a figure, we say where it came from.

We do not publish performance percentages, client growth figures or rankings that we cannot evidence, and we do not intend to start.
