The first month is included with a new build. Plans are month to month, with 30 days’ notice.
Out-of-scope work is quoted or billed at the published hourly rate.
What we do each month
- Technical upkeep
- Hosting, SSL, backups and monitoring, with a monthly status report.
- Content changes
- Send your changes. We handle them within the agreed allowance; larger additions are quoted separately.
- Reporting and handover
- Managed access and handover follow your agreement. Your business remains the domain registrant.
Before we take it on
- Can you maintain a site you did not build?
- Potentially. We begin with a Website Rescue to assess the code, hosting, accounts and outstanding work. We then quote maintenance, remedial work or a rebuild.
- Does maintenance include SEO campaigns?
- Routine technical upkeep is included. Ongoing keyword work, new search content and broader local SEO sit under Search Growth.
- Are content changes unlimited?
- No. Essential includes 45 minutes per month and Complete includes 3 hours. Work beyond the allowance is scoped or billed at R950/hour. See the full price list.
