Assess the site, make agreed priority fixes and recommend the next step. Done within 10 working days once we have access.

What is included

  • Legitimate access-recovery coordination
  • Priority fixes within an agreed work allowance
  • Written recommendation: retain, repair further, migrate or rebuild

If we recommend replacement, the full R9,500 Rescue fee is credited towards a Baken website rebuild booked within 60 days.

Month to month after the included period, with 30 days’ written notice. Allowances do not roll over. Extra work is agreed first, then quoted or billed at R950 an hour. Care for a site we did not build starts with a Website Rescue.

AGREED UP FRONT.

Scope, costs and responsibilities are agreed in writing before work starts.

Deposit
Builds start with a 50% deposit. The balance is due on handover.
Rounds of changes
One round of changes at design stage and one before launch. Further rounds are billed at the hourly rate.
Third-party fees
Timeline and third-party fees are confirmed in your quotation.
Notice
Care is month to month after the included period, with 30 days’ written notice. Search Growth starts with a three-month commitment, then runs month to month on the same notice.
Optional work
Additional pages R1,450 each. Copywriting R950 a page. Photography direction R2,500 a shoot. Out-of-scope work R950 an hour. Rush work under five working days carries a 35% surcharge, subject to availability.
Add-ons
Google Ads management from R2,950 a month, plus separate media spend, once your site, offer and tracking are ready. Creative support is quoted when it serves your website or search work.
Access and handover
Managed access, deliverable rights and the handover process are recorded in the agreement. Read the terms of service
